3. Use the free section of Craigslist
4. Submit offers and requests on Freecycle
5. Let your neighbors know what you have or need on Nextdoor
6. Add items that cost $0 to the OfferUp App
7. Place your books in the closest Little Free Library
8. Have a free yard sale in your front yard
Please note that some of these will be more popular in your area than others, so don’t get discouraged if you hit a dead end. Just experiment and find out which ones are active. Consider posting on more than one site to get more responses. And don’t forget to check these same places when you genuinely need something! Most of the sharing sites allow you to submit an ask/wanted/in search of post for others to see.
